-char. by involuntary constriction of the outer third of the vagina
-Tx:
   1) Individual Psycho-Tx -> to deal w/ issues of fear of pregnancy, strict upbringing and religion or prior sexual abuse
   2) Behavioral Techniques (Ex.) Dilators)
   3) Couples Tx (if due to marital conflicts)
